Dr. Christella Twizere has experience in monitoring and evaluation, HIV, tuberculosis, and data management, and is focused on improving service delivery and care for people living with HIV/AIDS. She is a former Director of the HIV/AIDS National Reference Center (CNR) in Bujumbura, Burundi and is the Project Coordinator for CA-IeDEA operations in Burundi.
Dr. Twizere holds a medical degree from the National University of Burundi, an Inter-University Diploma in HIV Care from Paris XIII University and the National University of Burundi and is currently completing a Master’s in Public Health at George Mason University.
