Ellen Brazier is a Research Scientist at the CUNY Institute for Implementation Science in Population Health. She supports the coordination of CA-IeDEA activities and research. Her research interests and areas of expertise include examining the effects of policy change, guideline adoption, and climate change on HIV care outcomes using quasi-experimental epidemiologic methods, along with maternal, newborn and adolescent health and HIV. She earned her doctorate in Epidemiology at the CUNY School of Public Health & Health Policy, and completed master’s degrees in International Affairs at Columbia University and in Statistics at CUNY’s Baruch School of Business.
