Gallican Kubwimana is the Executive Director of Research for Development Rwanda and the Rwanda/Einstein Research Consortium. He provides oversight for operations and research teams and serves as administrative liaison between the Rwanda and U.S. teams. Previously, he served as Administration and Operations Manager at Partners in Health, an Associate Research Director at WE-ACTx, and Associate Research Director for Rwanda/Einstein Research Consortium.
Mr. Kubwimana holds an MBA and has completed multiple NIH/NIAID grants management trainings, as well as Harvard School project management and leadership courses.
